At our next Inspiration Session, we look forward to hearing from Luvuyo Rani and Tebogo Ditshego. Luvuyo will share his journey with us starting at Silulo Ulutho Technologies and what it takes to become one of SA’s top young entrepreneurs. In addition to being an award winning entrepreneur, Luvuyo is a visionary and has done extraordinary work providing access to technology resulting in him winning the KPMG and Cape Times entrepreneur award in 2007. Luvuyo was named one of the 2014 JCI Ten Outstanding Young Persons of the World (JCI TOYP) recipients in the category of business, economic, and/or entrepreneurial accomplishment and was awarded as Schwab Foundation Social Entrepreneur of the Year 2016.
Tebogo is the Group CEO of Ditshego Investment Group, CEO of Ditshego Media, Chairman of the South African Reading Foundation, and Judge in season 4 of SABC 1 programme, One Day Leader. He will share with us about his journey as an entrepreneur as well as why it’s so important to have a social conscience. Tebogo started his first company Ditshego Media in 2011. Three years later he was listed as one of Forbes Magazine’s top 30 African Entrepreneurs under the age of 30. He is the founder of South Africa’s biggest online book club @ReadAbookSA and the author of bestselling fiction book titled “Kasi Nerd” which he published through Ditshego Media. In 2015, Tebogo Ditshego was listed as one of Fast Company Magazine’s top 100 most creative South Africans in business. Later that year, the Sowetan featured him as one of South Africa’s top 100 young bosses.
