Mobility Indaba #cocreate2MOVE

The Mobility Indaba is an open forum dedicated to affecting real change, finding ways for us to be connected, and co-creating new ways to move. Accelerate Cape Town has partnered with the Netherlands Consulate General in Cape Town as well as Wesgro, in organising the pinnacle event for Transport Month 2016. This year, Transport Month will kick off with a five day event encompassing several different aspects related to mobility as a key driver of inclusive economic growth, sustainable development and societal transformation:

• #2inspire: An outcomes driven conference consisting of round tables, talks and workshops to explore actionable ideas. Inspiring and insightful speakers will feature, along with opportunities to engage with issues to find real solutions
• #2make: A platform where creatives, entrepreneurs and those with a knack for tech, can showcase their innovations and interact directly with the public and each other. Workshops and practical demonstrations will allow visitors to have fun, learn and be empowered
• #2show&go: BMX-riders, skateboarders and rollerbladers demonstrating their skills, showing that alternative transport can be cool and sexy. Musicians and artists will keep the audience entertained, while visitors get a chance to learn new skills and participate in activities
