Empowering Women Leaders: Are you a Victim or Creator?

Women leaders can feel and experience being held back in our careers. Some challenges are outside of our control, and will take time to change. What we have influence over right now is ourselves. The way we interact, communicate and build relationships. So that we are creators in our lives.

Choosing different ways sounds easy. And we know it isn’t. We all have fears that can overpower us. Narratives and old ways that kick in automatically, even when we want something different.

In this interactive session with Women Leaders, we will introduce you to a simple yet powerful tool called The Empowerment Dynamic (TED) based on the theory of transactional analysis.

TED can be applied to individuals and teams and explores the balance between self-responsibility and blame. It will help you build awareness around how you behave so that you can make different choices that serve you and your people better.
