Accelerate Cape Town has partnered with Within People to host a global conversation with leaders about how clarity, belief and confidence helps leaders build winning cultures. Though research conducted in SA, UK and US, we explore how leaders understand culture, their role in creating it and some of the challenges and solutions along the journey.
