WELCOME TO CAPE TOWN

Business in Cape Town has challenges with the attraction and retention of talent, specifically of skilled black talent. Moving to a new city and forming social networks can take time. To support our members’ Human Capital programmes, Accelerate Cape Town will host its first Welcome to Cape Town event with the aim of helping newcomers build social capital in Cape Town.

This engagement will act as a networking platform for senior employees of our member companies who have recently relocated to Cape Town. They will have the opportunity to meet peers outside of the office environment and hear about some of the exciting initiatives that are happening in and around the city.
